Sadly, I would have to leave my room to move forward. The room is furnished. It has one single bed, one chair, one table and one cupboard, and a few shelves. You can obviously bring in your furniture. Located on the main road, its pretty light and has windows. One wall still needs to be whitewashed, but should be done before you move in.
So if you have your luggage ready, just come and check in this beautiful apartment.
3 mins from the tram stop alemannenstr. and 8 mins tram to Plärrer. Has kaufland and aldi and everything else nearby, including a Mc. Donald's and REWE.
Also, there are all other utlitiy shops and post office nearby, so literally, you only go to the city when needed ;)
Not noisy, has easy parking spaces and near the autobahn
There is not many restrictions on the flat. Just be clean and behave :D.
There is just one more student from Nuremberg. He is a German from the area and Pretty easy to get along with. Speaks three languages,and is quite multi-culti.
Also, the apartment building people are pretty friendly.
I prefer text than call during working hours
Otherwise you can call the room mate Mr. Artur Geigert ----/-------. He is a German, so if you seek to talk in german, he can be reached other times of the day as well. As usual, first text and then call to be on the safe side :)
