This small room comes fully furnished . It contains a bed (will be delivered by the 23rd ), desk, cupboard and Clothing rail (including coat hangers). Bed Sheets ,towels , Blankets, Pillows etc.are available.
It's rather small but nice and cosy. The Apartment is located on the top floor of the apartmentbuilding and has an Area of 60m^2. It houses a fully equipped kitchen including, most importantly a decent coffee mashine. For the Bathroom it is worth noting that there is a washing mashine. There is a drying reck in the bathroom for drying your clothing. The Living room is the heart of the apartment as it is nicely furnished and decorated. It is rather cosy and there is a large lamp perfectly situated for reading on the couch .
Dieses kleine gemütliche WG Zimmer ist vollständig möbiliert. Es kommt mit einen Bett (wird am 23 .02 samt Matraze, Laken, Decke, Kissen und Bezügen geliefert) , einen Schreibtisch , einer kleinen Komode und einer Kleiderstange. Es ist durch die Dachschräge relativ klein aber ziemlich gemütlich.
Die 60 m2 Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und verfügt über eine Kaffeemaschine und einen kleinen Kühlschrank.
Im Badezimmer befindet sich zudem eine Waschmaschine und eine Wäscheleine zum trocknen der Wäsche.
Das Wohnzimmer ist ebenfalls sehr gemütlich und verfügt über ein Sofa und eine große Leselampe.
The Apartment is located in the southern District of Nuremberg (Gibitzenhof) and is conveniently located within walking distance (~100m) of multiple tram lines ( line 4 Brehmstraße and line 5 Schuckertstraße). It takes around 15-20 min to reach the City Center by tram. There are two supermarkets (namely Norma and Lidl) nearby. There are plenty of Restaurants and Eateries in close Vicinity.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Gibitzenhof(südstadt) und ist 2 min von der nächesten Tram Haltestelle entfernt (Brehmstraße). Es dauert etwa 15-20 min um von der Wohnung in die Stadtmitte zu gelangen. In der nähe der Wohnung befindet sich ein Norma u. ein Lidl sowie viele Restaurants.
About myself. I am a 6th semester Biology Student at the FAU . My girlfriend with whom I used to live together in this apartment is currently on a semester abroad in spain and will be returning in mid September. In order to make it easier to pay rent I decided to organize a Sub Tenant for this timeframe.
I'm a rather hardworking , industrious Student but I also dont mind the occasional party. I enjoy watching movies and playing videogames in my freetime. I'm german but I speak english fluently, because my girlfriend comes from Australia.
Zu mir. Ich bin ein Biologiestudent an der Friedrich Alexander Universität Erlangen (FAU) und befinde mich momentan im sechsten Semester. Bis vor Kurzem wohnte ich mit meiner Freundin in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung. Sie begab sich Ende Januar jedoch auf ein Auslandssemester in Spanien, weshalb ich mir nun ein Untermieter organisere um die Wohnung weiterhin finanzieren zu können. Ich bin als fleißiger Student überwiegend ruhig, habe aber keinerlei Probleme mit den gelegentlichen Feiern. Ich bin deutsch spreche aber auch fließend Englisch.
As the apartment is only available until the end of September it is meant for someone who needs a temporary place to stay. This could be someone who is looking for a more permanent accomodation but uses this apartment option as an intermediate place to stay, a Student who is staying for the summer semeseter , or someone who is doing an internship.
Da die Wohnung nur bis Ende September zur Verfügung steht, ist Sie für jemanden gedacht der eine temporäre Unterkunft braucht. Das könnte ein Student, ein Praktikant oder Jemand sein der diese Wohnung nutzt um genügend Zeit zu haben eine permanente Wohnung zu finden.
