English version below. Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß, hat ein Fenster Richtung Dianastraße. Das Haus steht nicht direkt an der Straße und man hört bei geschlossenem Fenster höchstens die Tram und diese nicht so laut, dass es einen vom Schlafen abhalten würde.
Das Zimmer hat einen Schrank und ein Bett. Die eine Wand ist dunkelgrau gestrichen. Vorm Fenster sind blickdichte Vorhänge angebracht. The room is 18sqm. It has a window on the side of Dianastreet. With closed window one can only hear the tram passing by but it won't keep you awake at night. There's a bed (140x200) and a closet. There are non-seethrough curtains installed.
Zwei Tram-&Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die eine ca. 4 Minuten entfernt, die andere ca. 6 Minuten entfernt. Kaufland und Aldi in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Zwei Normas in jeweils 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Vor dem Haus sind einige Parkplätze und an der Dianastraße entlang sind zu beiden Seiten Parkplätze. In weiteren Seitenstraßen ist Parken möglich. Wie viel frei ist, ist von der Tageszeit abhängig.
Two Bus and tram stations in 5 minutes or less walking distance. Parking depends on time of day but definitely possible. You can get groceries at Aldi and Kaufland. Five minutes away by foot.
Wenn du Lust auf gemeinsam Aktivitäten hast können wir gerne was planen. Wenn du nur hier schlafen willst ist das auch okay.

Shared living spaces are the bathroom, kitchen and living room. There's a bathtub(no shower). We have a laundry machine you can use. There's a dish washer in the kitchen as well.
In the living room there's a couch, a TV you can use and our dining table including chairs.
