Zimmer in 3er WG zur Untermiete. Etwa 16 m2 groß. Zum Zeitpunkt der Untermiete befinden sich im Zimmer das Bett mit Matratze, der Nachttisch, der Kleiderschrank, der Schreibtisch sowie der Schreibtischstuhl. Alle anderen Möbel werden nicht mehr vorhanden sein. Das Zimmer wird für 350€ im Monat vermietet. Der Preis beinhaltet alle Neben- und Heizkosten. Wird das Zimmer von Mitte Oktober bis Ende November gemietet kostet es also insgesamt 525€. Die Gesamtmiete wird im voraus gezahlt. Hinzu kommt eine Kaution von 150€ die nach Beendigung der Miete wieder zurückgezahlt wird, sollte nichts beschädigt worden sein. Internet kostet zusätzlich 11€ im Monat, wenn Bedarf da ist. Das wird aber getrennt an meinen Mitbewohner gezahlt.
Room in shared three-room apartment. 16 m2 in size. The furniture that will stay in the room during the rent is: bed with mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, desk and chair. All the othe furniture in the picture won't be there at the time of the rent. The room is being rent for 350€ per month. This includes all costs. So for one and a half months total rent will be 525€ which has to be paid in advance. In addition a deposit of 150€ has to be paid, which you will get paid back if nothing was damaged during your stay. If needed you can pay for internet access for 11€ per month to my flatmate.

Lebensmittelgeschäfte sowie Apotheken fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Tram- und Busstationen in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Vor dem Haus befinden sich genügend kostenlose Parkplätze.
Supermarkets and pharmacies are a 5 minute walk away. Public transport you can reach in 3 minutes. There are plenty of free parking lots in front of the house.
Zweck WG. Die WG wird Ende November aufgelöst, die Wohnung wird ab Dezember als Ganzes vermietet. Die anderen Mitbewohner ziehen im Oktober bzw November aus.

Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Geschirr und Küchengeräten, die zur WG gehören. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Waschmaschine, die ebenso zur WG gehört. Darf also alles benutzt werden.
