Hi! In meiner 2er-WG im Nürnberger St. Peter/Glockenhof wird zum 1. Februar 2020 ein 11m²-Zimmer mit Bad/WC/Küche/Balkon frei. Der Stadtteil St.Peter ist zentral in der Nähe von Technischer Hochschule/EWF der Uni gelegen; Von den Tram-Haltestellen "Holzgartenstraße" bzw. "Platz der Opfer des Faschismus", die etwa 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt sind, ist man in 5 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof; es ist aber gleichzeitig ruhig und man hat mit dem Luitpoldhain eine "grüne Lunge" gleich um die Ecke. Für den Lebensmitteleinkauf sind Netto und Edeka in Laufdistanz.
Die Wohnung hat drei Einzelzimmer, einen Flur, ein kleines Bad mit Wanne, ein separates WC und eine Küche mit Balkon. Dein Zimmer hat ein Fenster zum ruhigen Innenhof, gerade im Sommer sehr praktisch! Ganz wichtig ist mir, dass ein(e) Nichtraucher(in) mein(e) zukünftige(r) Mitbewohner(in) wird! Kurz zu mir: Ich habe an der Hochschule Nachrichtentechnik studiert und arbeite als KAM. Suche prinzipiell jemanden im Alter zwischen 19 und 49 für einen Zeitraum von 2 Jahren (Verlängerung möglich) Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Bei Interesse einfach über Studenten-WG.de melden, ein paar Sätze zu Dir schreiben und einen Termin zur Besichtigung ausmachen! :) Norbert
Hi! There will be a vacant room (11m²) in my apartment as of February 1st 2020. The apartment is located in Nuremberg St. Peter/Glockenhof area which is both close to the center ("Holzgartenstraße" or "Platz der Opfer des Faschismus" tram stops, 5 minutes to reach the Hauptbahnhof/main station) and pretty quiet, Luitpold Park is nearby for recreational activities. For groceries Netto and Edeka stores are within walking distance. The Technical University and the EWF department of the University Erlangen-Nuremberg is also close by. The apartment has three single rooms, a hallway, a small bathroom with bathtub/shower, an extra WC and a kitchen with balcony. Your room has a window facing the (quiet) Inside courtyard, which is especially convenient during the summer months. One thing that is very important to me is that my new room mate is a non-smoker! Just a few words about me: I am an engineer of telecommunications and work as a KAM. I'm generally looking for someone between the ages of 19 and 49 who intends to stay for a period of 2 years.
