Sämtliche Elektrogeräte in der Küche sind NEU: AEG Induktionskochfeld, BEKO Backofen, Samsung Waschmaschine, Kühl- & Gefrierschrank. Markiert ist "Keller" doch es gibt einen eigenen Dachboden für dich.

I'm renting 2 rooms in a 3 rooms apartment in the district of Glockenhof. The apartment has been refurbished in 09/2020 and has bright vinyl all over the floors. Both rooms are equipped with new insulated windows and radiators. The rooms catch a lot of daylight and are very bright. The bigger of the two rooms has ca. 17m² (3.5x4.8m). You can get to the corridor and to the smaller (11.5m² at 2.4x4.8m) room from the your room. The rooms are unfurnished! The kitchen is fully equipped and the electronic devices are new e.g. AEG Induction, BEKO oven, Samsung washing machine, fridge & freezer. You'll also have your own space in the attic.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Glockenhof in einer sehr ruhigen und schönen Ecke.

Im Grunde wirst du alleine in der Wohnung leben, da ich überwiegend beruflich unterwegs sein werde. Wenn ich einmal im Monat für ein Wochenende komme, ist das schon viel. Dennoch benötige ich den Raum (Zimmer 3) als kleines Büro und um Sachen unter zu stellen. Die restliche Wohnung gehört quasi dir.

Basicly, you'll have the apartment most of the time for yourself I'm travelling a lot beause of my job. I might be in the apartment once in while though and I need the one room (Zimmer 3) as office and to store some things.
Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und die Mitbewohner unterschiedlichen Alters. Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes Haus und es gibt einen Reinigungsdienst für den Flur sowie einen Winterdienst. Parkmöglichkeiten... nunja man findet schon einen Parkplatz, vll. nicht immer direkt vor der Haustür aber im Umkreis von 2-3 Gehminuten. Die Lage der Wohnung, die Sauberkeit und die Ruhe PLUS die unmittelbare Nähe zur Innenstadt und zu Naherholungsgebieten (Wöhrder See & Dutzendteich) sind genial.

The people in the house are quiet. The house itself is very clean and there is also a cleaner for the staircase and in winter for outside. Parking can be a bit tricky but you'll find a spot somewhere in 2-3min walking distance.
