Room sees the allersberger straße. Due to large windows and 3rd floor it is quiet bright. There is large cabinet where you can put your clothes and other belongings. On request, a sofa which turns into double size bed (at storage) can be installed into room for free.
In kitchen there is fridge, owen and stove. Although furnitures might seem old, they are very clean and well used. There are also some plates, cups and etc. in cabinets.
Unfortunately there is no wash or dish machine. Due to situation we can buy them together. Second hands are seem to be cheap. But there is also laundry store where you can wash your clothes cheaply in 5-7 minutes walking distance.
Right in front of the building there is a bus and a tram stop. Also I walk everyday to hauptbahnhof which takes max. 10 minutes walk.
In 5 minutes you can reach kik, Norma, Penny and Rewe. Also there is a lovely italian coffee shop nearby, Pavillion.
My name is Ayse, I'm 23 and I'm from Turkey. I am doing my master's degree at FAU. I like street style dances like hip hop, jazz funk and afro and have professional training. I also enjoy cooking new recipes and sharing a meal, especially desserts over a bottle of wine. My friends describe me as fun and very sociable, but sometimes I like to be in my own environment.
I would much rather a friendship-based flat share. But as long as you are clean and tidy in common areas we can see how relationship goes between us :)
