da ein Studiomitglied wegzieht, wird ein Platz in unserem hellen und geräumigen
Designstudio frei. Wir sind eine Freiberufliche Kostüm– und ein Grafikdesigner.
Das Studio ist in einem schön begrüntem Hinterhof Gebäude in Gostenhof.
Das Studio ist großzügig eingerichtet und mit vielen Pflanzen begrünt.
Ein großer Vorhanden Tisch könnte mit verwendet werden,
oder eigene Möbel hinzugefügt werden.
Der gemeinschaftlich genutzte Arbeitsraum hat etwa 60qm und
könnte auch etwa zur hälfte geteilt werden.
Auch Wochend Nutzung für geringere Miete
oder für Studierende wäre kein Problem.
Auch für Geflüchtete ließe sich eine Lösung finden.
Es gibt auch noch einen zweiten Raum, abgegrenzt durch eine Tür mit ca. 30qm.
Der zweite Raum ist momentan belegt, kann aber besichtigt werden.
Miete warm wäre 400 Euro / Kaution 1200.

As a studio member is moving away, a spot in our bright and
spacious design studio is becoming available.
We are freelance costume and graphic designers.
The studio is located in a beautifully green courtyard building in Gostenhof.
It is generously furnished and adorned with many plants.
A large existing table can be used or you can add your own furniture.
The shared workspace is about 45 square meters
and could also be divided in half if needed.
Weekend usage for a lower rent or for students is not a problem.
We can also find a solution for refugees.
Das Studio befindet sich 3 Geh Minuten von der Bahn Bärenschanze
in einer Seitenstraße. Das Kaffee Machhörndl ist direkt um die Ecke.
Es ist sehr ruhig & hell und im Sommer durch den Hinterhof angenehm kühl.
The studio is just a 3-minute walk from the Bärenschanze train station in a side street.
The coffee shop "Machhörndl" is just around the corner.
It's very quiet and bright, and in the summer,
it's pleasantly cool due to the courtyard.
Eine kleine separate Küche sowie WC sind auch vorhanden.
DSL 100 Wifi aber auch per Kabel verfügbar.
There's a small separate kitchen and a restroom available.
DSL 100 WiFi is available, and there's also the option for a wired connection.
Schlussendlich müßtet ihr euch den Raum selbst anschauen.
