Hallo ihr lieben Wohnungsuchenden,
leider muss ich, da ich ins Ausland gehe, mein schönes Zimmer in Gostenhof mit meinen lieben Mitbewohner/innen (Eva, Tim, Johannes und Juli) verlassen!
Es wird ein Platz in meiner bunten(darf man bunt noch in diesem Zusammenhang schreiben?:) WG frei, von der ich mich nur schwer trenen kann.
Das Zimmer ist 17 m² groß, hat schönen nussfarbenen Laminatboden und Holzfesnter mit rundem Oberlicht.
Wir sind insgesamt zu fünft, an Platz fehlt es allerdings keinem. Wir haben eine große geräumige Küche mit Anschluß an Wintergarten und Balkon, sowie zwei Bäder mit großer Wanne und seperater Dusche.
Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Mirkrowelle, Herd etc. ist alles vorhanden. Zudem gibt es einen Fahrradaabstellraum und einen Keller.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super! In die Innenstadt braucht man mit dem Fahrrad keine 5 Minuten, die Ubahn Haltestelle ist nicht weit und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mehr als genug.
