Liebe Leute, ich suche fuer meine schoene, grosse und helle Wohnung einen laengerfristigen Mitbewohner/in. Am besten ab September. Dein Schlafzimmer hat ca.15qm und grenzt an ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer. Vom Flur aus erreicht man das Bad und die Kueche und die riesen Sonnenterasse. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der U-Bahnhaltestelle Gostenhof und alles was man braucht, ist in naechster Naehe. Die Warmmiete inkl. WLan betraegt 380Euro (+3 Monate Kaution). Ich selbst bin ein 32jaehriger Englaender, es waere also toll, falls du Interesse hast, mir auf englisch eine Mail zu schreiben. Die Adresse ist: . Besichtigungen sind Abends ab 18.30/19.00 moeglich.
