Wir, Erik, Patricia und Lisa suchen für ein frei werdendes Zimmer in unserer WG eine(n) netten, neuen Mitbwohner/in. Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 qm groß und wie der Großteil der Wohnung mit Laminat ausgestattet. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen und beinhaltet 4 WG-Zimmer, 2 Bäder, Küche und Wohnzimmer. Die Warmmiete von 270 Euro beinhaltet sämtliche Nebenkosten wie Internet, Telefon, GEZ usw.
***** Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen Gostenhofs und damit nur zwei U-Bahn Stationen zur Innenstadt entfernt. U-Bahn Station (Bärenschanze), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Kneipen liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe und sind somit zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Auch Parkmöglichkeiten sind fast immer vorhanden.******
**** Da wir alle ziemlich viel mit Studium, Arbeit, Freunden und Hobbys beschäftigt sind, bleibt bei uns kaum Zeit für echtes WG Leben. Jedoch genießen wir es trotzdem, wenn die WG harmoniert und für einen kurzen Plausch ab und an Zeit ist :). ****
