Die Lage ist Perfekt - nur 3 U-Bahn Stationen bis Altstadt zu shoppen, 10 Min Stationen bis Bahnhof und ca 30 Min bis Flughafen mit U-Bahn.

Cozy Room
Bright room in a quiet area very close to the inner city. The entire apartment has the windows with blinds. There is a main transit station (U-bahn, Tram and Bus) only 5 minutes walk away with direct connections to the airport and central train station. A nice park is situated next to the building with a playground, fountain and a cozy cafe.
Guests may use the wi-fi, washing machine and all amenities in the kitchen.
Monthly payment of 300 Euro to be paid in advance on the 1st of each commencing month.
Refundable deposit of 600 Euro to be paid upon moving into the room. Deposit will be returned once this contract is finished, subject to satisfactory condition of the room and common areas. In case of any damages by the tenant, maintenance work will be covered by the deposit money.
No guests and parties are allowed at anytime,don't smoking in Appartament
Breaching of this contract will result in immediate termination by the Landlord, Mr. Georg Dell, and the Tenant will be obliged to move out within 24 hours. Please note, that the Neighbors regularly observe the situation and will report any issues to Mr. Dell immediately.
