Das Zimmer ist Richtung Innenhof ausgerichtet und daher schön ruhig..
Es besteht aus 2 Räumen die über einen Bogen miteinander verbunden sind. Ich vermiete es VOLLMÖBLIERT und räume einen Teil meiner Sachen aus, so dass du Platz für deine hast
Im Zimmer stehen einige Regale, ein Schreibtisch, ein Sessel... alles was man so braucht.
Es ist ein geniales Holzstockbett eingebaut, so sind die 18m2 optimal ausgenutzt.
Im vorderen Zimmer ist eine Tür, die nach draußen in den Innenhof führt.
Der große Gemeinschaftsraum besteht aus Küche und Wohnzimmer. Außerdem gibts 2 Bäder (1 x mit Dusche, 1 x mit
Badewanne)

The room is on the backside of the house, so its pretty quite and you can't hear the noises of the street.
I'll rent the room including the furniture. You just have to bring your stuff and you gonna be fine :)

The common area includes a kitchen and a living room, all cooking-tools needed are available. There are TWO bathrooms in the flat, one has a shower and the other one a bathtub.
Die Wohnung ist im EG, direkt neben einem Lidl. Außerdem sind im Umkreis von 1 km noch Kaufland, Aldi und Rewe erreichbar.
Dann gibts noch nen echt leckeren Libanesen, nen Bäcker und diverse Dönerläden und Bistros ums Eck. Du solltest also definitiv gut versorgt sein ;)
In Gostenhof bist du in 10 mins zu Fuß, hier gibts zahlreiche Cafés und Kneipen.
Die UBahn (U 1) ist 2 mins. Fußweg von der WG entfernt. Im Stadtzentrum bist du in 10 mins.

The flat is located on the ground floor. Supermarkets (Lidl, Kaufland, Aldi, Rewe) are in walking distance.
On top there are some bistros nearby, a bakery and a Döner. Everything to be provided.
In Gostenhof you can find a lot of bars and cafes, you can reach this part of the city in 10 mins walking.
The subway (U 1) is directly in our street.

haben einen lockeren Umgang miteinander, schauen auch mal in unserem großen Wohnzimmer Filme und Serien oder kochen was zusammen. Wir sind alle berufstätig und daher tagsüber nicht da. Abends wirst du sicher den ein oder anderen Roomie antreffen. Wenn du deine Ruhe willst, kannst du dich in dein Zimmer zurückziehen - "alles kann, nichts muss"
Wir sind KEINE Party-WG.

have a relaxed atmosphere in our shared living. We watch movies or series together, cook some dinner or just relax in the common area and talk. Since we all go to work everyday, we aren't at home during the daytime. In the evening you'll meet some of the roomies in the living room. If you want time for yourself, you can relax in your room anytime. No pressure, peaceful living :)
