Da meine Mitbewohnerin nun auszieht, suche ich nach einer neuen Mitbewohnerin/einen neuen Mitbewohner☺️
Ich bin 19 Jahre alt, studiere Wirtschaftswissenschaften, und arbeite nebenbei. Ich bin ein sehr offen und unkompliziert.
Das Zimmer hat ca. 15qm.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.
Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer: Ein Wohnzimmer, mein Zimmer, dein zukünftiges Zimmer😁, und ein weiteres Zimmer, in dem ich momentan meine Wäsche aufhänge😂 Es wäre eventuell auch möglich, das 4. Zimmer zu vermieten.
Zur Lage: Die Wohnung liegt direkt in einer Seitenstraße bei der Maximilianstraße. Man läuft ca. 3min zum Aldi und ca 7min zum Kaufland. Die UBahn ist quasi direkt vor der Tür.
Bilder vom Zimmer selber konnte ich leider nicht online stellen, weil da noch die Möbel drin stehen. Aber bei einer Besichtigung sieht man ja eh nochmal alles besser☺️
