Das ist aber nur die Grundausstattung! Was dieses WG-Zimmer von den anderen unterscheidet, sind die folgenden Extras:
- Bettbezüge und Handtücher inklusive. Du musst dich nur um Lebensmittel und Haushaltsmittel (z.B. Putzmittel) kümmern.
- Voll ausgestattete Küche inkl. Spülmaschine, Pfannen, Geschirr & Besteck, Stauraum etc.
- Großes Gemeinschaftszimmer mit TV inkl. Telekom Magenta und Couch (TV-Anschluss über Internet)

Seitdem die Fotos gemacht war, gab es einige Renevierungsarbeit. Es gibt natürlich einen Herd und das Doppelspülbecken war mit einem einzelne getausch.

The 9m2 room is the smallest of the 3 bedrooms in the shared flat. It comes with a bed, wardrobe, Secretariat table and chair.
Yet, those are just the basics! What sets this flat share apart are the extras:
-Bedding and towels are including. You just need to cover any consumables like food and cleaning products.
-The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher machine, pots & pans, dishes, cutlery, and even some things to make your life easier (i.e. food processor)
-The large living has a couch and TV Magenta Internet TV package.
-Toilet and washing machine are in a separate room from the shower.
- USB chargers built into outlets.
-The renovation and outfitting were done with above average quality.
Everything is included in your price, that is needed to enjoy your time here: the rent, heating, electricity, water, internet, TV, and property management costs.

Since the pictures were taken, some renovation works were completed: there is obviously a stove and the sink has been exchanged to single large sink.

Gostenhof is particularly known for the resident organized art and cultural events (for example “Bierchen und Bühnchen”).

Diese Wohnung ist kein Zweck-WG, sondern euer zweites Zuhause! Egal von welcher Stadt oder welchem Land ihr kommt: Hier habt ihr die Möglichkeit, freundliche Leute aus aller Welt zu treffen und neue Freunde zu finden.
Die Gemeinschaftsräume sorgen dafür, dass alle Mitbewohner die Chance haben am WG-Leben teilzunehmen. Ob beim Kochen, Frühstücken, oder Fernsehschauen ist – es gibt immer die Möglichkeiten zusammen Zeit zu verbringen.
Du kannst einen Unterschied machen. Dein Einzug ist nur der erste Schritt. Wenn du Verbesserungsvorschläge bzgl. der Ausstattung der Wohnung oder des WG-Lebens hast, würde ich gerne von dir hören. Je nach Aufwand würde ich eure Ideen sehr gerne umsetzen um euer WG-Leben noch weiter zu verbessern.
Es gibt zwei Männer in der WG, mit dennen du die Wohnung teilen würdest. Beide studieren oder teilweise arbeiten und sind sehr nett.

Regardless of how far away your coming from, the flat will provide you the opportunity to socialize and make new friends. Whether cooking together in the kitchen, or watching a movie together in the living room, there´s always something to do together with others.
Your move into this flat share is just the first step and there will always be something that could work better. I will proactively ask you for feedback on what those improvements could be. Depending on the resources required, those ideas will be brought to life so that your experience here is made even better.
You´ll be sharing the flat with 2 other guys. They are both studying or working part time and are both nice.
