Wir suchen für unsere 4 Zimmer Wohnung einen neuen Mitbewohner/eine neue Mitbewohnerin.
Das Zimmer ist ca 12qm groß und hell.
Außerdem haben wir ein Wohnzimmer (mit Sofa, TV etc.) und eine separate Küche mit allen Küchenutensilien die man so braucht. So haben wir genug Gemeinschaftsräume, in denen man sich mal zusammensetzen kann und was sippen kann😁
Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.

2min zu Aldi, 5min zu Kaufland
Wir sind sehr entspannte und offene Mädels. Ich bin eine 20 Jährige Studentin und meine Mitbewohnerin (23) ist berufstätig.
Uns stört es beide nicht wenn es mal laut ist, dennoch nehmen wir Rücksicht aufeinander.
Ganz wichtig ist uns die Sauberkeit.
