Hi hi I unfortunately will be leaving Nürnberg for a bit and a lovely room in the Blumi WG is up for grabs!
The room is large and spacious with heated floors. The mattress and small furniture is available to be taken if you wish. The rest of the apartment is very open with the kitchen leading into the living area.
We also have a small courtyard just for us. It is partially covered by the balcony above and is a nice hang out spot for after-work beers :)
Your future flatmates, Dani and Jochen are the sweetest guys around. They both work and are always up to do things together, whether it be a quick afternoon workout, going to a beer garden or just cooking.
There is a very likely chance to extend the stay permanently! It is just dependent if I find a permanent apartment kn Freiburg or not :)
The rest would be best to chat about in person! We are looking forward to your applications!
Perfectly placed between St.Johaniss and Gostenhof. Easy access to the Pegnitz for nice spring walks and in a young, vibrant area.
The apartment itself is located on a quiet street and in short walking distance to many public transport options. Gostenhof U Bahn is 8 minutes, Bus in 5 and Plärrer in 10 min
We have a huge courtyatd to ourselves, a large bathroom with shower and separate bathtub. The living area is wide open with kitchen, sitting area and a fireplace.
