Gesucht wird ein/e Mitbewohner/in für eine 2er WG ab sofort. Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau im Herzen von Gostenhof, liegt im 1. Stock und ist großzügige 88 qm groß. Dein Zimmer ist 20 qm groß, hat einen wunderschönen Holzdielenboden und eine hohe Stuckdecke. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Wohnküche und ein schönes Gemeinschaftszimmer. Es gibt ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein seperates WC.
Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür sind kein Problem, es gibt massig Stauraum im Keller & Dachboden und einen Fahrradstellplatz im Hof.
Ich selbst bin 24 Jahre alt und studiere nun im 7. Semester Design. Das hier ist nun meine fünfte WG. Bisher hatte ich nie Probleme - trotzdem wäre es mir sehr wichtig, dass Du NICHT nach einer Zweck-WG suchst, sondern auch gerne mal was zusammen unternimmst und unkompliziert bist. Bitte KEINE Stubenhocker! :)
Ich selbst bin Nichtraucher, aber gemäßigtes Rauchen in der Wohnung ist ok für mich.
