Ich suche nach einem/einer Mitbewohner*in für das 11m² Zimmer in der Wohnung, die ich vor Kurzem von meinem Bruder übernommen habe. Das Zimmer ist frisch gestrichen und hat ein großes Fenster in den Innenhof.
Die Wohnung an sich ist 71m² groß, zieht sich recht lang durch einen längeren Flur.
Die Küche ist bestückt mit einer Spülmaschine, einem Kühlschrank mit einem kleinen Eisfach.
Im Bad existiert eine Waschmaschine, Platz für's Wäsche aufhängen gibt es auf dem Balkon und im Bad.
Dadurch, dass ich auch erst vor Kurzem eingezogen bin und allgemein nicht wirklich Dinge besitz, die Platz in einer Wohnung einnehmen, schaut die Wohnung noch ein wenig leer aus, also wenn Interesse daran besteht die Wohnung noch mit irgendwelchen coolen Dingen auszustatten, hab ich da nichts dagegen.
Die 15 Euro Sonstige Kosten sind Internet!

I recently took over my brother's flat and I'm looking for a roommate.
The room in question spans 11m² and the flat itself is 71m² big.
The kitchen is equipped with a dish washer and a fridge with a tiny freezer bit on top.
There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.
In the pictures you may find that the flat looks fairly empty right now, that's mostly due to the fact, that I also only recently moved in and don't really own any stuff to put anywhere, so if you have any cool stuff you want to fill the flat with, feel free.
The 15€ extra cost is Internet.
Die Wohnung liegt recht zentral im Gostenhof, der Weg zur U-Bahn ist so 3-5 Minuten.
Im unmittelbaren Umfeld (also halt so 10 Minuten Laufweg in irgendeine Richtung) gibt es eigentlich jeden Supermarkt, den man sich wünschen könnte, zumindest Aldi, Rewe, Norma, DM und Müller
Spezialmärkte anderer Arten finden sich auch einige entlang der Fürther Straße und in Richtung Plärrer.

The flat is located close to the Gostenhof Underground Station (It's like a 5ish minute walk).
Close-by you you will find ample opportunities to shop to your heart's content, with an Aldi, Norma, Rewe, DM and Müller just a short walk away.
Any more specialized shops, like an Asian grocery shop or bakeries you will find along the Fürther Straße (also like a 3ish minute walk) and near the Plärrer.
Ich würde mich als recht unkomplizierten Mitbewohner bezeichnen, würde mich aber darüber freuen, wenn ein*e potentielle*r Mitbewohner*in sich auch eher links denkt.
Ich koche viel selbst und hätte dadurch auch kein Problem damit gemeinsam zu kochen, und mit nem Bier oder sonst irgendwie mal abzuhängen.
Putzen und dergleichen sind ja alles Dinge, die man dann untereinander ausmachen kann, ich hab jetzt nicht das größte Problem damit wenn irgenwas mal rumsteht, oder so, aber es soll halt nicht dreckig sein, haha.
Ansonsten, ich hab' mir in Nürnberg jetzt leider wieder das Rauchen angewöhnt, aber würde eh niemals in der Wohnung, sondern auf dem Balkon rauchen, das Gleiche würde natürlich auch für dich gelten, falls du rauchen solltest.

I would describe myself as a fairly uncomplicated roommate, although i would appreciate if any potential roommate was also left-leaning.
I cook a lot, so i absolutely would not mind cooking together from time to time or just hanging out and drinking a beer or whatever sort of beverage you may prefer.
When it comes to cleaning, i don't mind if stuff stands around unattended for like a day or so, but overall cleanliness should be a goal for us as potential roommates, haha.
Regrettably i started smoking again, but i wouldn't ever smoke inside, but rather on the balcony.
