Hallo! In meiner Wohnung ist ein 16 m2 großes Zimmer (auf den Fotos zu sehen) ab 01.09.2022 oder später verfügbar. Nur für Langzeitmieter (1 Jahr oder mehr)
Die Wohnung hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und allem, was Sie auf den Fotos sehen, und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine (für die eine Ablösevereinbarung von 250 € verlangt wird). Die Diele ist ebenfalls groß und bietet Platz für häufig verwendete Gegenstände und Werkzeuge sowie für Schuhe und Jacken.
Die Gesamtkosten in Höhe von 385 € setzen sich wie folgt zusammen:
• 230 € Kaltmiete
• 50 € Betriebskosten (Wasserversorgung, Entwässerung, Müllabfuhr, Gebäudereinigung usw.)
• ca. 75 € Strom und Gas (es kann aber teuer werden wegen der steigenden Energiepreisen)

Hi! There is a 16 m2 room in my apartment (shown in the photos) available from 01.09.2022 or later. Ideally, I am looking for someone who wants to stay in this apartment for a year or longer.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and everything you see in the photos, and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine (for which a fee of 250 € is asked). The hallway is also large and has space for frequently used items and tools, as well as shoes and jackets.
The total cost of 385 € is composed as follows:
- 230 € base rent
- 50 € operating costs (water supply, drainage, garbage collection, building cleaning, etc.)
- approximately 75 € electricity and gas (can become more expensive due to the increasing energy prices)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen und verkehrsgünstigen Lage in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Harkortstraße und der S-Bahn-Haltestelle Dortmund Barop. Drei Supermärkte (Kaufland, Lidl und Aldi) und ein DM sind in 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die City ist mit der U-Bahn in ca. 15 Minuten und die TU/FH Dortmund in ca. 20 Minuten (mit dem Fahrrad in 20 bzw. 15 Minuten) zu erreichen. In ca. 6 Gehminuten erreichst du das Herz von Hombruch, wo du Buchläden, Arztpraxen, Apotheken und Supermärkte und vieles mehr findest!

The apartment is located in a very quiet and convenient location near the subway stop Harkortstraße and the S-Bahn stop Dortmund Barop. Three supermarkets (Kaufland, Lidl and Aldi) and a DM are within 3-5 minutes walking distance. The city center can be reached by subway in about 15 minutes and the TU/FH Dortmund in about 20 minutes (by bike in 20 or 15 minutes). In about 6 minutes walking distance you can reach the heart of Hombruch, where you can find bookstores, doctors, pharmacies, supermarkets and much more!
Da mein Mitbewohner auszieht, werde ich dein Mitbewohner sein. Ich komme aus Chile und habe 2020 mein Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens in Kassel abgeschlossen, und nach einem Jahr als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter habe ich mich entschlossen, ein zweites Studium zu beginnen, sodass ich seit dem WS2021/22 dualer Student der Softwaretechnik bin. Ich fahre gerne Fahrrad, höre Musik aus verschiedenen Genres und spiele manchmal Gitarre, spiele gerne Brettspiele und trinke manchmal ein Bier mit meinen Freunden. Ich würde mich freuen, jemanden zu finden, wer nicht auf der Suche nach einer Zweck-WG ist und mit dem ich die Haushaltsaufgaben gut organisieren und erledigen kann. Ich bin nicht besonders pingelig, wenn es um Sauberkeit geht, aber es ist mir wichtig, dass jeder von uns die gemeinsamen Räume so pflegt, dass der andere sie anschließend problemlos nutzen kann.

Since my roommate is moving out, I will be your roommate. I'm from Chile and I graduated in industrial engineering in Kassel in 2020, and after one year as a research assistant I decided to start a second degree, so since WS2021/22 I'm a dual student of software engineering. I like to ride my bike, listen to music from different genres and sometimes play guitar, play board games and sometimes have a beer with my friends. I would be happy to find someone with whom I can organize and handle household tasks properly. I'm not particularly picky when it comes to cleanliness, but it's important to me that each of us maintains our shared spaces in such a way that the other can use them afterwards.
