Das Zimmer kann möbliert oder unmöbliert gemietet werden. Es würden dann z. T. neue Möbel besorgt, weil die derzeitigen Möbel teilweise mit ihrer Besitzerin umziehen. Einbauküche etc. ist vorhanden, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine ebenso.
Wir suchen jemanden die oder der Deutsch spricht und ungefähr in unserem Alter ist.

The room can be rented furnished or not furnished (double bed can be made available, new furniture would be partly arranged). Fitted kitchen, bathroom with bath tub and toilet. Sunny balcony.

Ruhige Straße mit Bäumen und dem wunderschönen Hummelsteiner Park mit dem gemütlichsten kleinen Biergarten der Stadt :-)) außerdem Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Schwimmbad, Car Sharing-Parkplätze etc. und auch nicht weit zum Casablanca Kino. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen der U-Bahn Frankenstraße und der U-Bahn Maffeiplatz.
The apartment is located between Nürnberg U-Bahn Frankenstraße and U-Bahn Maffeiplatz (3 mins to Nuremberg central train station via u-bahn and 5 mins to exhibition center "Messe" via U-Bahn).
Lidl, bakery, butcher shop (400m) and health-food shop (700m) are close by to the apartment, aswell as public swimming bath Südstadtbad with sauna (600m), Hummelsteiner Park (200m) with the cosiest biergarten in town and several car sharing stations. The apartment is in a good locality.
Zwei Mitbewohner (19 und 29) ziehen Anfang Juli ein. Wenn Du Spaß haben und vielleicht neue Freunde finden willst, und wenn Du etwa in unserem Alter bist, bist Du bei uns genau richtig. Wir sind aber keine Party WG. Außerdem sauber, ordentlich, freundlich usw. :-)
