As the room is on the side facing the courtyard, it is very quiet. The double windows, in addition to their beautiful appearance, are also functional and keep the room warm in winter.
Die Umgebung:
Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr zentralen Gegend gelegen. Man läuft fünf Minuten zur Burg, zu den Burgmauern und der Altstadt. Den Weihnachtsmarkt kann man zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichen, genauso wie die Stadtmitte mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Direkt in der Nähe der Wohnung beim Friedrich- Ebert Platz (die Ubahnstation ist in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar) befinden sich viele Supermärkte und Banken (wie Aldi, Netto, Rewe, DM, Edeka, Sparkasse, Sparda Bank, Commerzbank uvm.)
Ganz in der Nähe ist auch der schöne und große Stadtpark, wo man sehr gut joggen, Tischtennis spielen oder Picknik machen kann, oder einfach nur die Sonne genießen.
Die Wohnung:
Die Wohung hat vier Zimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und eine extra Toilette. Die Küche besitzt einen kleinen, gemütlichen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist nicht modern, aber sieht einfach sehr gemütlich und schön aus. Im Badezimmer steht eine Waschmaschine. Die ganze Wohnung wird mit Gas beheizt.
