Es handelt sich um ein 22qm großes möbeliertes WG-Zimmer. Da meine Mitbewohnerin und ich erst vor 1,5 Jahren eingezogen sind, sind die Möbel in der kompletten Wohnung noch sehr neuwertig. Da sich die Wohnung im Hochpaterre befindet, hat sie keine Schrägen und ist somit sehr geräumig. Das zu vermietende Zimmer, wie auch die ganze Wohnung ist sehr hell und wird vom Tageslicht durchflutet.
Im letting my beautiful 22 sqare meter big furnitured room. As me and my flatmate just moved in 1.5 years ago all the furniture are still very new. The whole apartment contains two big bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom and a corridor.
Unsere Wohnung liegt am schönen Rosenaupark. Beide Fenster gehen raus zum Garten und schließlich zum Park. Die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum. Obwohl sehr stadtnah, dennoch ruhig und grün. Vor unserer Haustür fährt direkt die Straßenbahn (Haltestelle Obere Turnstraße). Zu Fuß ist man in 5min am Weißen Turm und in der City ;)
auch zur Uni, sowohl TH Nürnberg als auch zur WiSo ist es nur ein Katzensprung (10min).
The appartement ist located at the beautiful Rosenaupark. Out of both of the room's windows you have a pretty green view to the garden and the park. Directly infront of the appartment there is a tram station "Obere Turnstraße"; besides that it is a 5 minute walk to the metro stations Plärrer and Weißer Turm and a 10 minute walk to the church of St. Lorence and the inner city of Nuremberg.
You need about 10 minutes by bike to get to the WISO and to TH Nuremberg.
Seit gut 1,5 Jahren wohnen meine Mitbewohnerin Luisa und ich, Vanessa, nun zusammen in unserer wunderschönen WG. Da wir kommendes Semester beide ein Auslandssemester absolvieren werden, vermieten sowohl sie als auch ich unsere Zimmer unter. Das bedeutet aber auch, dass dein(e) künftige(r) Mitbewohner(In) noch nicht bekannt ist. Wenn ihr zufällig zu zweit seid, könnt ihr euch auch gerne bei mir für beide Zimmer melden :-)
Mein Zimmer ist von Anfang August bis Anfang Juli zu vermieten, Luisas vom 1. September bis zum 1. Februar.
Wir haben sehr viel Mühe und Liebe in die Wohnung gesteckt, und wir hoffen das tust du auch :-)
Wir hatten bis jetzt eine super tolle Zeit in unserer WG, es ist oft Besuch da, wir lernen zusammen, gehen zusammen zum Sport und Feiern und wir hoffen natürlich, dass es dir in unserer WG mit deinem zukünftigen Mitbwwohner bzw Mitbewohnerin genauso gut gehen wird :)
For about one and a half years my flat mate Luisa and me, Vanessa have lived in our beautiful appartement. Both of us gonna spend a semester abroad now, that means we do not only let my room but also her's. That means your future flat mate is still unknown. If you maybe have a friend or know someone who is interested in Luisa's room,too let me know aswell :-)
My room is available from beginnig of August to beginning of July, Luisa's from September to 1st February.
We put a lot of love and effort into the appartement, and we hope you do too :-)
Until now, we had an amazing time together, we study together, cook together, go partying together and really hope you are going to have such an awesome time together with your future flatmate as we did :-)
