Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ca 21 qm groß. Da ich es nur ein Semester vermieten will, bleibt es möbiliert mit Bett, Tisch, Spiegel, Regal etc. Über Einzelheiten können wir gerne persönlich sprechen (:
Außerdem hat die Wohnung ein weiteres WG- Zimmer, eine wunderschöne Küche und ein Badezimmer :)
The size of the room is about 21 square metres. It stays furnished with bed, desk, shelf, mirror etc.
Besides my room, the appartement has got a pretty kitchen, another room (your flatmate's room) and a bathroom.
Unsere Wohnung, liegt am schönen Rosenaupark. Beide Zimmerfenster gehen raus zum Garten und schließlich zum Park. Die Lage ist, obwohl sehr stadtnah, ruhig und grün. Vor unserer Haustür fährt direkt die Straßenbahn (Haltestelle Obere Turnstraße); zum Ubahn-Hof Plärrer und Weißer Turm, läuft man jeweils 5 Minuten.
Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten an der Lorenzkirche und mitten in der Altstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man ca. 10 Minuten zur WISO und auch zur TH hat man es sowohl mit dem Fahrrad, als auch mit den Öffentlichen nicht weit.
The appartement ist located at the beautiful Rosenaupark. Out of both of the room's windows you have a pretty green view to the garden and the park. Directly infront of the appartment there is a tram station "Obere Turnstraße"; besides that it is a 5 minute walk to the metro stations Plärrer and Weißer Turm and a 10 minute walk to the church of St. Lorence and the inner city of Nuremberg.
You need about 10 minutes by bike to get to the WISO and to TH Nuremberg.
Seit gut 1,5 Jahren wohnen meine Mitbewohnerin Vanessa und ich, Luisa, nun zusammen in unserer wunderschönen WG. Da wir kommendes Semester beide im Ausland studieren werden, vermieten sowohl sie als auch ich unsere Zimmer unter. Das bedeutet aber auch, dass dein(e) künftige(r) Mitbewohner(In) noch nicht bekannt ist. Wenn ihr zufällig zu zweit seid, könnt ihr euch auch gerne bei mir für beide Zimmer melden :-)
Mein Zimmer ist vom 1. September bis zum 1. Februar zu vermieten, Vanessas bis ca. Anfang Juli.
Wir haben sehr viel Mühe und Liebe in die Wohnung gesteckt, und wir hoffen das tust du auch :-)
Wir hatten bis jetzt eine super tolle Zeit in unserer WG, es ist oft Besuch da, wir lernen zusammen, gehen zusammen zum Sport und Feiern und wir hoffen natürlich, dass es dir in unserer WG mit deinem zugünftigen Mitbwohner bzw Mitbewohnerin genauso gut gehen wird :)
For about one and a half years my flat mate Vanessa and me, Luisa have lived in our beautiful appartement. Both of us gonna spend a semester abroad now, that means we do not only let my room but also her's. So your future flat mate is still unknown. If you maybe have a friend or know someone who is interested in Vanessa's room, let me know, as well :-)
My room is available from septemer 1st to february 1st, Vanessa's until July 1st.
We put a lot of love and effort into the appartement, and we hope you do too :-)
Until now, we had an amazing time together, we study together, cook together, go partying together and really hope you are going to have such an awesome time together with your future flatmate :-)
