Die Wohnung - mit ca. 60 qm - besitzt ein Wohnzimmer, Balkon, Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad mit WC und einem Flur.
Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden, welcher dich in die 10. Etage deines zükünftigen WG-Zimmers (ca. 14 Quadratmeter) bringt.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbelliert (Waschmaschine, Dusche, Badewanne, TV ...) und wird auch so vermietet.
Ich würde mir dann im Wohnzimmer einziehen und mir eine Zwischentür einbauen.
Du würdest dann das Schlafzimmer bekommen.
The apartment - with about 60 square meters - has a living room, balcony, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and a hallway.
An elevator is available, which will take you to the 10th floor of your future shared room (about 14 square meters).
The apartment is fully furnished (washing machine, shower, bathtub, TV ...) and is also rented as is.
I would then move into the living room and build myself an intermediate door.
You would then get the bedroom.
Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Langwasser-Süd ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Ein großer Parkplatz befinden sich direkt vor der Tür, die Bushaltestelle ist an die U-Bahn-Haltestelle gegliedert.
Ein öffentlichen Sportanlagen mit Fitnessgeräten und kleinem Park sind fußweit entfernt.
Außerdem befindet sich eine Kaufland-Filiale und das Franken-Center in der Nähe.
Der Wald befindet sich direkt vor der Tür ;)
The subway stop Langwasser-Süd can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
A large parking lot is located directly in front of the door, the bus stop is attached to the subway stop.
A public sports facility with fitness equipment and small park are within walking distance.
There is also a Kaufland store and the Franken-Center nearby.
The forest is right in front of the door ;)

ich bin Martin, 33 Jahre, Softwareentwickler/Teamleiter, und überlege meinen Master zu machen.
Meine Hobbys sind das Reisen, Essen, Fotografieren, Feiern und der Sport.
Gesucht:
- Langfristiges Mietverhältnis (mind. 1 Jahr)
- Mitbewohner/in sollte fließend deutsch sprechen (, aber englisch ist auch kein Problem)
- Empatische/r Mitbewohner/in mit Humor und einer positiven Lebenseinstellung :)
In der Hängematte im Wohnzimmer, welche man in alle Richtungen spannen kann, ist es möglich mit einem schönen Buch Richtung Horizont zu schauen und das Leben in vollen Zügen zu genießen.
Die XBox One kann ebenfalls genutzt werden, wohingegen ich überlege das Ding zu verkaufen, da ich es sowie nicht benutze.
Auf dem Balkon kann im Sommer gegrillt werden.
Ich lege wert auf einen freundlichen, ehrlichen, sowie toleranten Umgang.

My hobbies are traveling, eating, photography, partying and sports.
Wanted:
- Long-term tenancy (at least 1 year).
- Roommate should speak fluent German ( but English is also no problem)
- Empathetic roommate with a sense of humor and a positive attitude towards life :)
In the hammock in the living room, which can be stretched in all directions, it is possible to look towards the horizon with a nice book and enjoy life to the fullest.
The XBox One can also be used, whereas I'm thinking of selling the thing, since I don't use it as well.
The balcony can be used for grilling in the summer.
I value a friendly, honest, as well as tolerant contact.

Ich wäre offen dafür eine Reinigungskraft für die gemeinsam genutzten Räume zu engagieren und die Kosten hierfür zu teilen.
Auch ein Staubsaugerroboter wäre eine Option.
Ansonsten müsste ggf. ein Putzplan erstellt werden.
