Hi,
bin auf der Suche nach einer netten Nachmieterin für mein schönes WG-Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist 17 qm Meter groß,ist sehr hell und hat schöne Holzdielen. Im Zimmer stellen die Vermieter einen Schrank, eine Komode, 2 Regale, einen Spiegel und bei Bedarf auch ein Bett und Schreibtisch zur Verfügung.
Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet.
Der Balkon geht zum Hinterhof hinaus. Ansonsten ist die Lage der WG optimal, so braucht man beispielsweis zur Lorenzkirche ca. 15 Min zu Fuß, 8 Min zum Hauptbahnhof.
