ich habe ab sofort 28qm in meiner Wohnung frei. Aufgeteilt auf zwei Zimmer. Eines 15qm das andere 13qm groß. Das größere Zimmer hat einen Durchgang zum kleineren. Du hast somit komplett dein eigenes großes Reich.
Ich vermiete es mit Untermietvertrag und für´s erste befristet auf 3 Monate. Ggf. besteht die Möglichkeit auch länger zu bleiben. Kann ich aber jetzt noch nicht sagen. :)
Wohnung liegt in Nürnberg Lichtenhof- Ecke Schweigerstr./Allersbergerstr. und ist sehr ruhig.
In 10min ist man zu Fuß am Hauptbahnhof und innerhalb 1 min. erreicht man die Straßenbahn.
