I am leaving Germany, so my small but nice (and cheap) room in central Nbg will be free from October. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, small laundry room and storage space in a basement. My current two flatmates are staying; Eleonore from France and Michi from Germany. Both are in their early 20’s and study at the HfM Nürnberg, so would ideally welcome another music student or Symphoniker/opera house academist into the flat.
The room is the only bedroom of the flat that doesn’t face Kaiserstraße, which means it’s nice and quiet and with blackout shutters its a great place for sleeping.
Location couldn’t be much more central; located very close to Lorenzkirche U-bahn and all possible supermarket/bakery/apotheke options less than 5 mins walk away. There are always VAG bikes and scooters very close to the front door too.
The flatshare is nice and easygoing with everyone mainly keeing to themselves, but still up for a chat or drink whenever the mood hits.
The base rent for the room is 230€/month, and the only extra costs are electricity, WiFi and TV tax; altogether about 30€ per person per month. The fee for existing equipment is unfortunately non-negotiable, but includes the bed and mattress and all furniture in my room, as well as the TV in the living room.
I won’t be able to respond to any requests until at least 01.07, and then viewings will mainly need to be organised by the remaining flatmates to see if you get on!
