My 13 square meter room is located in the heart of the city center, offering a view of the bustling street below and of the St.Lorenz Church. It is a square-shaped room with a carpeted floor. A large window allows natural light to filter in, but also brings in the city's lively street sounds, creating a wonderful atmosphere.
The walls will be painted, and the carpet deep-cleaned by the time I move out.
Furniture not included (but some items can be purchased for a reasonable price).There is a communal washing machine (50 cents per 27 mins) in the basement. The two bathrooms are currently divided into a "girls' bathroom" and a "boys bathroom". Every kitchen utensil you could need is included free of charge (communal). There are no extra costs for repairs etc.
City centre, 5 mins from the central station, U-Bahn stations "Opernhaus" & "St. Lorenz" are 3-4 mins walking distance.
Restaurants, bars, clubs, grocery and clothing stores are located in just a couple minutes away.
If you're looking for a lively and close-knit living environment, this is the place for you. We are not only looking for a flatmate, but also a new friend! Enjoy shared meals, movie nights, and endless inside jokes :)

Please note: we can ONLY rent out to University/FH students.
You can register the place as your main residence and get your residence permit for visa procedures etc.
There are no extra costs for heating, electricity, WIFI. The only extra is GEZ (around 10 EUR p.P. every 3 months).
