Large room on the fourth floor of a relatively modern apartment with great views to the Castle and Lorenzkirche. A further, smaller room available in the flat.
The room for rent is fully furnished with everything you need (please see photos).
It is very bright and cool in summer, and stays warm in the winter due to excellent heating.
The flat has a good kitchen, storage cupboard and good bath/shower.
The room is excellently located – just 3 minutes walk from the city center, 5 minutes to the train station (Hbf) and only 4 minutes to the closest park.
My current flat mate is a German student at the FAU University. He is really cool, easy going guy who speaks fluent English.
This is a great room for students at the University or full time workers.
