Für zwei Monate August und September 2013 will ich mein Zimmer in einer WG (Altstadt) untermieten.
Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit mit dem Vermieter den Vertrag direkt zu unterzeichnen und in der WG ab Oktober weiter zu bleiben.
Das Zimmer ist 14 qm groß und komplett möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Tisch, Stuhl, Kommode – alles neu), sehr gemütlich, das Fenster zeigt zum Dach des Innenhofs (gegenüberliegende Zimmer zeigen zur Straße).
In der WG sind zwei Badezimmer vorhanden: ein für Mädels und ein für Jungs; die Badezimmer sind mit Duschkabinen ausgestattet. Die Küche ist geräumig (circa 20 qm), es gibt Spülmaschine, 2 große Kühlschränke, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Staubsauger, Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett, Wäschetrockner; alles ist neu. Im Gebäude sind die Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Im Innenhof kann man die Fahrräder abstellen.
Die Lage der WG ist zentral (Altstadt), nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es ein kleiner ALDI und Frida, ein größerer ALDI und REWE sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Zurzeit wohnen in der WG 2 Mädels und 3 Jungs (auch ein Junge wird in diesem Periode nicht in Nürnberg sein).

Hallo :)
I would like to rent a room in a central-located student WG from for 2 months: August and September.
There is also a possibility to sign a rent contract with a land lord directly and to stay in the room also after October, 1.
The room is 14 sq. m large and has all the necessary furniture (bed, wardrobe, table, wheel-chair and commode – everything is new). The room is nice and comfortable; window looks on the roof of the inner yard (rooms on the other side look out on the road).
There are 2 bathrooms in the WG (1 for girls and 1 for boys). The kitchen is spacious (around 20 sq. m), is equipped with a dish washer, 2 big refrigerators, microwave, stove, vacuum-cleaner, iron and ironing board, dryer stand; everything is in a new condition. There are also washing and drying machines in the building. In the inner yard bikes can be left.
Location is central (Altstadt), 5 min. walk from the main railway station. There is a small ALDI and Frida nearby, bigger ALDI and REWE are reachable within 10 min.
Now in the WG 2 girls and 3 boys are living (in these months WG will be quite).
