The room is fully furnished and includes: bed, mattress, mirror, table and chair, closet and two big shelves.
You have access to the kitchen (fully equipped) and two bathrooms, one big and one small. Laundry room is also accessible from the house and we have a common garden with tables and chairs outside with barbeque for summer and one ping pong table. If you have a bike there are many places to put it and if you have a car, we have private parking and also places to park outside.
Located 3 minutes walking from Weiße Turm U-bahn Station (Line U1) and 8 minutes walking from Bus stop 36 and N10 and Tram stop 4 and 6 (Obere Turnstr.). It is also close to Plärrer Station- well communicated with airport and FAU. In 10 minutes you can reach the Hauptmarkt and in 5 minutes Lorenz Kirche. Supermarkets and drug stores are also very close and you can go always walking. Aldi is only 10 minutes away, Lidl 15-20 minutes away and you have 2 DM just 5 minutes walking. You can also find many bars, restaurants and shops around.
You will live with a 24 year old girl from Spain who likes to go out for dinner, some drinks, coffee etc. I am studying a Master in International Business Studies. I would like to live with an English or German speaking person. Life in the apartment is normally quiet but we often make girls nights, cook together or just enjoy the others company. We normally use a shopping list for common things and cleaning is distributed weekly so every week one of us cleans the whole apartment (Kitchen and 2 bathrooms) with exception of own rooms. I am looking for someone who likes to have a nice time and share it with a crazy cat lover girl :)
You can contact me at anytime during the day per email, visits are available only this week (27/02-3/03). If you are not in Nürnberg we can also make a Skype tour during this days so you can see the apartment.
IMPORTANT: Room will only be rented to people matriculated in a Nürnberg University.
