Hallo zusammen!
Das Zimmer, das frei wird ist mit seinen 18qm das größte der drei Zimmer und ist durch seine zwei großen Fenster sehr hell. Gerade im Sommer ist der Ausblick auf die hohen Bäume des Stadtgrabens sehr schön :) Du könntest zwischen 01.05 und 01.06.2020 einziehen.
Alle Möbel, die zu sehen sind (außer das kleine braune Schränkchen), bleiben ohne zu zahlende Ablöse in dem Raum. Ein besonderes Highlight dabei ist die ausziehbare Schlafcouch.

Hello everybody!
the room which we want to rent is the biggest of the flat (18 qm). It is bright because of its two windows and the view down to the castle wall is nice. You can move in between 1st of May and 1st of June 2020.
The furniture which you can see in the pictures stays in the room (except the small brown cubicle). A highlight is the couch that converts into a double bed.
Die WG liegt super zentral. Nur 3 Minuten Gehzeit ist es zu der U-Bahn Station Weißer-Turm und circa 7 Minuten zum Plärrer, von wo aus die U2, U3 und mehrere Straßenbahnen fahren.
Auch verhungern braucht man hier nicht. Der Rewe City liegt nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und durch die Lage in der Innenstadt findet man natürlich auch reichlich Dönerbuden, Asiatakeaway usw. in nächster Nähe.

The shared flat lies in the city centre. It is only 3 minutes by foot from metro station Weißer Turm and about 7 minutes to Plärrer where you can take all metro lines and some tramway lines, too.
There are also supermarkets close, like Rewe City. Because of its central location there are also enough other possibilities for grabbing some food like Döner, Asiatakeaway and so on.
In der WG wohnt momentan nur Sharif. Für das andere Zimmer suchen wir momentan ebenfalls einen Nachmieter. Vermutlich wird Pedro einziehen.
Sharif ist sehr nett, studiert im Master, kocht gerne und ist Fan von Spaziergängen.
Du kannst selbst entscheiden, ob du lieber etwas mehr für dich wohnst oder gerne auch mal etwas mit den anderen zusammen unternimmst, wie z. B. gemeinsam kochen.

At the moment only Sharif is living in the flat. We are also looking for someone to rent the other room. Probably this is going to be Pedro.
Sharif is really nice, studies a Master degree, likes cooking and going for a walk.
You can decide whether you desire privacy or want to spent more time with your flat mates and for example cook sometimes together.
