Voll möbliertes Zimmer in zentraler Lage

Zentraler kann man gar nicht wohnen! Die Lorenzkirche erreicht man in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß und du befindest dich in der Nähe von allen möglichen Geschäften, Dönerläden, Bars und mehreren Supermärkten (Rewe, Aldi und Edeka)
Zur TH Nürnberg brauchst du ungefähr 20 Minuten zu Fuß und zur FAU (WISO) 15 Minuten.



The location is very central, really close to Lorenzkirche (just a couple of minutes by walk), and in the middle of the shopping area of the city.
The area is full of bars, shops, restaurants and near to several supermarkets (Rewe, Aldi and Edeka are the closest).

It is 20 minutes by walk from TH Nuernberg and 15 minutes from FAU (WISO)

Du wirst mit Farah (25) und Judith (26) zusammenwohnen. Farah ist aus Tunesien und studiert Marketing. Judith ist deutsch und arbeitet in einem Restaurant. Bei uns herrscht immer eine sehr angenehme und entspannte Atmosphäre, in der wir immer gut miteinander auskamen! Trotzdem achten wir natürlich auf Sauberkeit und respektieren die Wünsche der Anderen. Wir haben immer versucht so oft wie möglich etwas zusammen zu unternehmen und gemeinsam zu kochen oder einen Wein zu trinken (natürlich ist es kein Problem, wenn du nichts trinken willst :D). Allerdings haben wir auch sehr verschiedene Tagesabläufe, weshalb es auch manchmal länger nicht geklappt hat, für ein kleines Zusammensitzen in der Küche reicht es jedoch meistens :)
Normalerweise kannst du ohne Probleme Freunde einladen, wir nehmen jedoch die Corona-Situation sehr ernst, weshalb wir versuchen uns an alle Vorgaben zu halten.
Da ich selbst aus Italien bin und Farah aus Tunesien sprechen wir meistens Englisch in der WG, versuchen aber auch viel Deutsch zu reden.



You will be living with two girls: Farah (25) and Judith (26). Farah is from Tunisia and she is a student currently doing her internship in Marketing, Judith is German and works for a restaurant. For us it is important to be clean and respect the common areas, but overall we are a really relaxed and easy going flat :) really never stress about anything! Since our schedules are quite different we don't do much together but we try to organize a dinner or some wine drinking together sometimes, you might join it as well if you want (if you dont like to drink it is no problem :D) ! We like having a chat in the kitchen or sometimes cooking together, but we also value other's personal space.
You can invite friends etc without any problem, the only thing we would like to point is that we take corona related regulations quite seriously so we try to avoid "risky" situation.

N.B we mostly speak English in the apartment, but also German

Die Kosten für GEZ/W-Lan/Strom beträgt 30 € im Monat. Die Miete für mein Zimmer beträgt 277 €, allerdings würde ich noch 20 € dafür verlangen, dass ich alle meine geliebten Möbel im Zimmer lasse.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt als 327€.
Solltest du Interesse an meinem Zimmer haben, schreib mir gerne eine kurze Nachricht über dich und wir können einen Termin für ein Kennenlernen per Zoom/Skype/etc. ausmachen. Ich bin erst wieder ab dem 19.02. in Nürnberg, und ab dann könntest du das Zimmer auch persönlich ansehen kommen

The price of GEZ/WIFI/Electricity is 30 euro per month, the price of the room itself is 277 euro and since I am leaving all my forniture there, I am asking an extra of 20 euro per month.

So 327 euro in total.
