Da ich für ein Praktikum umziehe, suche ich einen Zwischenmieter für mein Zimmer vom 1. August bis 30.September mit der Möglichkeit der Verlängerung.
Zimmer ist möbliert, mit einem schönen großen Schreibtisch, Regal, geräumigen Kleiderschrank, Bett, Stuhl, etc.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Bad mit Dusche und einem extra Gäste-WC. Außerdem haben wir eine große Küche.
Bei Interesse können wir auch gerne einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren.

Room is furnished, with a nice big desk, shelf, spacious closet, bed, chair, etc.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel U-Bahn Station Plärrer bzw. Weißer Turm und Buslinie, Mit der U-Bahn ist man in 5 Minuten nach Hauptbahnhof.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind wie REWE; Aldi, E center 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Ein Fahrradkeller und ein Waschraum sind vorhanden.
