Das Zimmer steht nur für 3 Monate zur Untermiete zur Verfügung. Der Zeitraum erstreckt sich vom 01.09.2023 bis zum 30.11.2023. Abhängig von den Tagen könnte ich für einige Tage flexibel sein. Bitte schreiben Sie nicht, wenn Sie ein Zimmer ausserhalb dieses Zeitraums suchen.
Ich werde einige Monate reisen, daher möchte ich mein Zimmer untervermieten. Die Gesamtkosten betragen 350 € pro Monat.
MEIN ZIMMER: Es handelt sich um ein großes Zimmer mit einem Bett, einem Sofa, einem großen Schreibtisch und einem Schrank. Drei Zimmer-WG, mit zwei Badezimmern und einer kompletten Küche mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht. Die Wohnung hat alles, Kühlschrank, einen Backofen und Küchenutensilien.
Da es sich um mein persönliches Zimmer mit einigen meiner Sachen handelt, suche ich eine vertrauenswürdige Person.
