The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building (without elevator) and was recently extensively renovated and completely new and modernly furnished! .
The apartment has 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen-living room, a large hallway and a storage room. The kitchen-living room is the heart of the shared apartment and the place where everyone meets. The open kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher - perfect for cooking together.
Both bathrooms have a shower and toilet. The large bathroom also has a bathtub and a washing machine.
Your room is very bright with two large windows. The room will be provided to you furnished. It is equipped with a bed, 140x200 cm, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, desk, murals, decorative items.
Sowohl die FH Nürnberg (Georg-Simon-Ohm) als auch die WiSo (Uni-Erlagen) sind fußläufig in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle liegt direkt hinterm Haus und befindet sich nur 2 Stationen vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt - somit super angebunden. Fußläufig gibt es diverse Supermärkte, Ärtze und eine Apotheke. Zudem ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten in der Südstadt mit allerlei Restaurants und Cafes.

Both the Nuremberg University of Applied Sciences (Georg-Simon-Ohm) and the WiSo (Uni-Erlagen) can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. There is a bus stop right behind the house and is only 2 stops from the main train station - therefore very well connected. There are various supermarkets, doctors and a pharmacy within walking distance. It's also a 10-minute walk to the southern part of town with all sorts of restaurants and cafes.
