A furnished room is available from 1st July 2023
The flooring has newly been made this year and the room is equipped with colour-changing skylights. When you open the window there is a lot of light in the room
The room will be given furnished
I will take my bed with me (the landlord will provide another one or you can come with yours). The mirror and coat hanger is also mine. The rest of the furniture is included. The warm rent in 400
There is a big living room and also a small garden where there are occasionally grilling parties
The location is very very good. Just opposite is a döner shop. There is a Rewe and Der beck within 200m. On the same street you can also find a pharmacy and Rossmann. It is 5 minutes walking from Kaulbachplatz u bahn station and 11 mins walking to the tram from Freidrich Ebert Platz
You will be living with 2 guys and 1 girl. They are all very friendly and cosy and study in FAU
Puru- Is our inhouse chef. He will engage you in conversations about economic theories and cook you delicious food
Nishant- Is our hiker. He will tell you about his weekly hikes and help you around the house
Deeksha- Is our anime lover. She will tell you about the movies she watched and you can find her experimenting in the kitchen
We often talk in the kitchen and living room. We also go out together and enjoy each other's company. Ofcourse we also return to our rooms whenever we need privacy and respect our boundaries
