Hallo Ihr,
Ich suche eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in für meine 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Maxfeld.
Ich suche jemanden, der nicht nur aus reinem Zweck mit mir zusammenwohnen will. Darunter stelle ich mir vor, dass man ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis pflegt und auch hin und wieder zusammen kocht, quatscht und ein Weinchen/Bierchen trinkt.
Ich selbst studiere Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen im 3 Semester, bin also teilweise an der WISO und in Erlangen.
Zur WISO sind es zu Fuß 10 Minuten!
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke.
Außerdem befindet sich die U-Bahnstation Maxfeld direkt vor der Tür!
Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzem komplett renoviert, d.h. neues Bad und neue Küche und auch der Flur und die Zimmer wurden neu tapeziert.
Wenn ihr Interesse habt, ruft einfach an dann könnt ihr vorbeikommen und euch die Wohnung ansehen.
