* The beautiful 5-rooms apartment is located in an apartment building in Rennweg (4th upper floor).
The apartment is very bright and quiet. It consists of hallway, 5 rooms, kitchen (dishwasher, oven, SFBC, etc.). Bathroom with bath, plus guest bathroom with shower.
The apartment is ideal for families, couples or singles. It is also possible to use it as WG :)
The room consists of two single rooms (12 and 16 m²).
The earliest entry date is 01.08.16.
Lage
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Hier in der Nähe kann mann alles finden. Gute Verkehrsanbindung: UBahn Rennweg 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Tram 3 Minuten zu Fuß, 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad in die Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Sulzbacher Straße (Edeka Center, Norma, DM, Rossmann, Bäckerei) findet man in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit dem Rad erreicht man in 3 min den schönen Wöhrder See im Grünen oder in 2 min den Stadtpark.
* The location could not be better. You have everything nearby. Good transport posssibilities: Metro Rennweg 5 minutes walk, tram 3 minutes walk, 10 minutes by bike in the city.
Supermarkets in the Sulzbacher Straße (Edeka Center, Norma, DM, Rossmann, bakery).
Sonstiges
Die monatliche Miete beträgt derzeit EUR 750. Neben der Miete werden die EUR 150 Betriebskosten (Wasser, Abfall, Hausmeister etc.) fällig, sprich EUR 900 insgesamt. Auf Nebenkosten (Strom und Internet) muss gesondert eingegangen werden.
Es wäre schön, wenn die Möbel abgelöst werden könnten. Es ist aber kein Muss.
