70 square meter flat in Maxfeld located on the penthouse of an office building. The offices are vacant after 6pm and on weekends. The building is very secure. Located above a Rewe and Der Beck and within a 3 minute walk to the Maxfeld Ubahn station and less than 10 minute walk into the old town.
Must like cats and must be fully fluent in English. All inquires MUST be in English. Any inquiries in German will be ignored.
Flatmate is working for a sports brand as producer and therefore travels a lot for work and will not be around often.
Ideally flatmate is: tidy, kind, considerate and in a creative field.
