in unserer schönen 3er WG in einem der schönsten Viertel Nürnbergs, in den Gärten hinter der Veste, direkt hinter der Kaiserburg wir ein helles, freundliches und großzügiges 23 qm Zimmer frei.
Zur Wohnung: Die schöne Altbauwohnung verfügt über ca. 100 qm die sich in eine geräumige Wohnküche, Bad, separates WC und drei große und geräumige Zimmer unterteilt. Dein Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet, aber das Sofa kann zu einem günstigen Preis übernommen werden.
Vor dem Haus gibt es zahlreiche Anwohnerparkplätze, man findet also immer einen.

in our beautiful 3-person shared flat located in the most beautiful area of Nuremberg, we have a bright, friendly and spacious 23 sqm room available.
About the flat: The beautiful flat in an old building has approx. 100 sqm divided into a spacious kitchen/living room, bathroom, separate WC and three large and spacious rooms. Your room will be unfurnished, but the sofa can be taken over with a low price if you want.
There are numerous parking spaces for residents in front of the house, so you can always find one.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem wunderschönen Altbau, in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Rewe, einen Ebl und einen DM sowie zahlreiche schöne Lokale, Restaurants und Kleinläden, Eisdielen, Cafés etc. Der Vegöner ist auch nicht weit. Man ist also bestens versorgt. Die Kaiserburg ist quasi direkt ums Eck, sichtbar sobald man aus der Haustüre tritt und der Archivpark zum entspannen, Tischtennis/Badminton spielen oder Bierchen/Wein trinken ist ca. 80m weit entfernt. Ums kurz zu fassen: Die Lage ist sensationell.
The flat is in a beautiful old building, and you can find a Rewe, an Ebl a post office and a DM as well as numerous nice pubs, restaurants and small shops, ice cream parlours, cafés etc in the neighbourhood. The Vegöner is not far away either. So you are well catered for. The Kaiserburg is just around the corner, visible as soon as you step out of the front door, and the archive park outside of the doorstep is a great place to relax, to play table tennis/badminton or drink beer/wine. To cut a long story short: The location is sensational.
Kurz zu uns:
Luca (22) macht in Erlangen ein Studium zum Übersetzer und Dolmetscher für Französisch, Italienisch und Englisch. Er lernt auch Griechisch, Russisch und Hebräisch. In der Freizeit chillt er gern im Archivpark mit einem Glas Wein oder ist ich gern in Cafés oder im Ausland. Zudem liest er auch gerne Geschichtsbücher, da er das davor in a
Augsburg studiert hat :)
Hannah (26) arbeitet in der Tech Abteilung bei adidas. Sie hat Wirtschaftsinformatik studiert. In der Freizeit kocht, trinkt und isst sie gerne, macht Workouts, ist in der Natur oder geht auf Reisen.
Wir hoffen du bist offen, tolerant und trinkst gern mal mit ☺️

Briefly about us:
Luca (22) is studying to become a translator and interpreter for French, Italian and English in Erlangen. He is also learning Greek, Russian and Hebrew. In his free time, he likes to chill in the archive park with a glass of wine or to be in cafés or abroad. He also likes to read history books, as that's what he studied in Augsburg :)
Hannah (26) works in the tech department at adidas. She studied business informatics. In her free time she likes to cook, drink and eat, do workouts, be in nature or go travelling.
