in meiner Bürogemeinschaft sind ab sofort zwei helle Zimmer (ca 18/14 m2) für Selbstständige, Freiberufler oder andere Berufstätige frei. Jedes Zimmer ist einzeln mit Fenster und Tür, siehe Bilder.
Küche, kleines Bad und der Balkon machen die Arbeits WG zu einem schönen Ort 😊.
Die Bürogemeinsschaft ist aber ausdrücklich eine Berufstätigen WG und nicht zum Wohnen angeboten.
Ich bin selbstständiger Unternehmensberater und arbeite in dem dritten Zimmer.
Die Warmmiete (alles inklusive Strom und Gas und Internet) pro Zimmer beläuft sich auf ca. 300 Euro, in Abhängigkeit von der Entwicklung der Energieabschläge.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Schillerstrasse im Maxfeld, mit guter Anbindung in die Stadt (U-Bahn Maxfeld), zum Hauptbahnhof oder dem Flughafen.
Beide Zimmer sind ab sofort frei.
