Ich würde leider mein Zimmer und die schönen Menschen in der WG verlassen.
Das Apartment ist gut gepflegt und es ist eine WG mit 2 anderen netten, sauberen und liebenswerten Mitbewohnern. Das Zimmer ist gut beleuchtet und hat ein großes Fenster, durch das den ganzen Tag über viel Licht fällt. Das Zimmer ist etwa 18-19m2 groß.
Das Apartment verfügt über ein gemeinsames Badezimmer und ein gemeinsames separates WC sowie eine geräumige Küche, in der wir uns gerne aufhalten!
Ich würde meine Möbel zurücklassen, die von dem nächsten Mitbewohner übernommen werden müssen!

I would be unfortunately leaving my room and the beautiful people in the WG.
The Apartment is well maintained and it's a flatshare with 2 other Nice, Clean and lovely Flatmates. The room is well lighted with a big window with plenty of light throughout the day. The room is around 18-19m2 in size.
The Apartment has a common Bathroom and a common separate WC along with a spacious kitchen which is our usual chill-out spot!
I would be leaving behind my furniture which needs to be taken over by the next roommate!

Das Apartment selbst liegt im 4.OG und hat keinen Aufzug, was zu einem kleinen täglichen Gesundheitstraining beiträgt.
Alle wichtigen Supermärkte (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Netto) sind kaum 2-4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch das Vorhandensein eines großen Einkaufskomplexes und das Nordostbad sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

the Apartment itself is located on the 4.OG and without an elevator which adds to a bit of daily healthy workout.
All important supermarkets(Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Netto) are hardly 2-4 mins by walk and also the presence of a large shopping complex and the nordostbad by foot
Freundlichkeit, Hygiene und Sauberkeit sind die wichtigsten Regeln, die wir versuchen einzuhalten! Ich teile mir die schöne Wohnung mit meinen zwei Mitbewohnern (Florian, 30- unterrichtet Deutsch und studiert gleichzeitig) ( Adele, 25- arbeitet als Teilzeitangestellte)
Wir teilen uns gerne ab und zu das Essen und finden immer wieder Zeit für kleine gemeinsame Unternehmungen. Und natürlich wird auch der persönliche Freiraum und die Privatsphäre gut gepflegt und respektiert!
Außerdem versuchen wir, einen Reinigungsplan zu befolgen, um ein einfaches und sauberes Leben zu führen :))
Friendlyness, Hygiene and cleanliness are the key rules we try to stick to! I share the beautiful apartment with my Two roommates ( Florian, 31- Teaches German and also is studying simultaneously) ( Adele, 25- Is working as a part time Employee)
We like to share food from time to time, always finding time to do some small activities together. And of course personal space and privacy is well cared for and respected as well!
Also we try to follow a cleaning schedule just to live a simple and clean life :))
