ich suche einen netten Mitbewohner/-in für ein helles Zimmer in meiner zweier WG. Das Zimmer ist 15 m² und hat ein großes Fenster.
Die Küchenausstattung umfasst Herd, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Wohnung können ebenfalls genutzt werden.
DSL mit Flatrate sowie ISDN mit Festnetzflat liegen an.
Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrrad und Co im eigenen Keller vorhanden.
Für den täglichen Ausgleich vom Alltagsstress bietet der nahegelegene Marienbergpark ausreichend Erholung.
Parken ist in der Nähe der Wohnung gut möglich.
Gute Anbindung zu U-Bahn (12 min zu Fuss) und Bus (5 min zu Fuss).

In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein umfassendes Einkaufsangebot bietet das nahe gelegene Mercado-Einkaufszentrum. Weiterhin ist das Nordbad und ein Fitnessstudio nicht weit. Innerhalb von 20 min kannst Du den Marienbergpark gut zu Fuß erreichen.
Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner ist berufstätig und dadurch die meiste Zeit am Tag nicht in der Wohnung. Das ist auch ein Grund weshalb ich dieses Zimmer anbiete.
