Ich suche ab 1.8.2014 einen neue/n Mitbewohner/-in da ich aus dieser WG ausziehe. Die verbleibende Mitbewohnerin der WG ist eine Junge Dame und auch Berufstätig.Gesucht wird ein(e) Mann oder Frau zur Nachmiete meines Zimmers. Geraucht wird NICHT in der Wohnung. Berufstätige Bewerber erwünscht. Ordnung und Erwachsenes Verhalten ist denk ich nicht zu viel verlangt. In der Wohnung ist alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden. Nur noch das Zimmer einrichten und Wohlfühlen.
Auf Wunsch kann ein T-Entertain Anschluss zum Fernsehen+Internet+Telefon übernommen werden. ( ca. 50 € im Monat).
Das zu vermietende Zimmer hat 18 qm. Wohnung gesamt ca. 70qm. Gemeinschaftbad, -Küche, -Wohnzimmer. Miete 350 Euro warm. Kaution 700 Euro.

Im Nürnberger Norden nähe Schöller gelegen. Ruhige Wohnlage. Trotzdem Sehr Zentral. Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke. U-Bahn ca. 10min zum laufen.
Parkplätze sind in der näheren Umgebung und vor der Haustüre auch vorhanden.
Ruhige ordentliche Mitbewohnerin vorhanden, Berufstätig.
