Zimmer in schöner und großer renovierter Wohnung mit sehr großem Balkon, modernes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, Gästetoilette, Flur, Abstellkammer und Keller. Im Zimmer findet man Elektronische Rolläden, Doppelfenster und eine bereits eingebaut Lampe. Genug Steckdosen sind vorhanden.
Das Haus ist schalldicht, keine Geräusche von außen bemerkbar. Sehr angenehme und freundliche Nachbarschaft.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 min in der Stadt. Durch die Nähe von U-Bahn und Hauptbahnhof ist alles schnell zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto hat man alle Möglichkeiten durch die Nähe zur Südwest-Tangente und dem Frankenschnellweg. Mietbare Fahrräder / E-Scooter überall.
Zum Einkaufen:
zu Fuß 2min zum Aldi, 6min zum Rewe.
Offener und freundlicher Umgang, großes Wohnzimmer und Balkon, in dem man gemeinsam Zeit verbringen kann, aber auch mal seine Ruhe hat. Ich bin selbst oft am Wochenende weg oder beruflich unterwegs, dadurch hast du auch immer mal wieder die Wohnung für dich alleine.
Freunde einladen ist auch überhaupt kein Problem.
Möbel sind vorhanden, du darfst aber natürlich auch gerne selbst welche mitbringen.
Geräumige Küche inklusive Herd, Backofen und Spülmaschine.
