Hey Everyone,
i'm moving out of Nürnberg and this is why i'm looking for a renter for my room.
The Room is very spatious and gets a lot of sunlight through the 3 big windows it has. It is furnished with a Bett (2mx1,4m), an office, a chair and a spatious closet.
The appartment has a built in Kitchen with everything you need (Fridge, oven and cooking plaque).
The Bathroom has a Washing machine with a Drying Function.
The location can not be anymore perfect. Everything you need is 5minutes away. There are 4 Supermarkets 5min away (Rewe,Norma, Edeka and a Biosupermarket). The Tramway is 1minute away and the S-Bahn is 6min walking distance away.
The Hauptbahnhof is 10min away on foot or 2 stations away with the tram. Other commodities such as Fast Foods, Gyms, Hairdressers and Parks are all withing a few minutes of walking.
In the Appartment lives Mohammed who comes from Pakistan. He's an engineer and a very calm person, easy to live.
The other tenant ist Ayhem and comes from Syria, he spents most of his time outside working and is also calm and easy going.
