Ich suche jetzt ein/e Zwischenmieter/in für mein Zimmer in einer super schöner Wg. Das Zimmer wird möbliert gemietet. (ein 140x 200cm Bett, ein große Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Spiegel, alles von IKEA) Die sind im Zimmer enthalten und brauchen keine Ablösung, deshalb kann man sehr einfach bequem einziehen =) In der Küche sind Spülmaschine, Backofen und große Kühlschrank vorhanden ( ganz schöne Küche! ), was natürlich ganz top ist! Und auch in Bad gibt es eine Waschmaschine.
Die WG ist letzen Jahr neu saniert und renoviert und alle alle Ausstattungen sind neu.
Die Miete enthalt 340 EUR Kalt und 75 EUR Nebenkosten (Vorauszahlung für die Betriebs-, Heiz- und Warmwasserkosten, Strom ) . WLAN ist in der Wohnung nicht vorhanden.
Das Zimmer wird frei ab 1.04.2024 bis 28.4.2024.

I am now looking for a new tenant for my room in a super nice shared flat. The room will be rented furnished. (a 140x 200cm bed, a large closet, desk, chair and mirror, all from IKEA) These are included in the rent, so you can move in very comfortably =) In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, oven and large fridge (very nice kitchen!), which is of course great! There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.
The flat was renovated and refurbished last year and all the equipment is new.
The rent includes 340 EUR cold and 75 EUR additional costs (advance payment for operating, heating and hot water costs, electricity). There's no internet in the flat.
The room will be available from 01.04.2024 until 28.4.2024 (which is the date for my end of contract). You can still rent the room after that period but you will have to let the landlord know that you are interested in continuing renting.

12 Minuten zur S-Bahn Haltestelle Dürrenhof.
7 Minuten zur Tram Haltestelle Linie 5 Marientunnel
Die WG ist auch ganz nah zur TH Nürnberg (15 minuten mit dem Fuß)
Einkaufmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in der Nähe viel ,zB Penny und Rewe sind nur 10 Min entfernen.

In der dritten Zimmer ist ein Junge und er macht sein Praktikum in Erlangen und er wird ca. am 20 Februar einziehen. Also ich habe ihn noch nicht kennengelernt. Aber von der vorherigen Erfahrungen weiß ich , man hat in der WG eigene Privatsphäre =)
