for rent is a room in a shared flat. I'll be on vacation from March to early/mid april and you're welcome to stay in my room.
Move-in as well as move-out dates are very flexible! We have an airbnb-room in the flat and if you want to stay longer you're welcome to stay there for more time. There's also the possibility for a permant stay if we choose to discontinue the airbnb-room. Rent for a permanent stay would be ~350 per month. This makes it perfect for students looking for a flat in Nuremberg.
During your stay my flatmate Alena will be here permanently and we'll have guests for 4 days for a trade fair in March.
The room has everything you'll need. Just look at the pictures. I'll leave everything here but i'll empty the wardrobe and some drawers if you want to use them.
The flat is located directly at the Aufseßplatz. It's 1 min. to the next subway station and 3 min. to the main railway station on foot.
My flatmate is working but she's very open to activities if she has time.
The rent of 500€ is referring to one month.

We are german native speakers but fluent in english.
